Service your equipment in 4 simple steps
1.
Download and complete our Goods Return Form, placing it in your package being sent to Klipspringer's Service Centre.
2.
Generate a free returns label using the Royal Mail link provided, arranging a pick-up or drop-off parcel service.
3.
Once received at our Service Centre, a full assessment will be completed and, if necessary, a quotation will be emailed to you.
4.
On receipt of your confirmation to proceed (where required), your equipment service will be completed and returned to you using a tracked overnight courier.
