This mineral insulated sensor is supplied with a 316L stainless steel sheath.
It is suitable for use within the temperature range of -200°C to +200°C, ideal for high-heat applications.
The sensor is supplied with a 1.5m flexible mineral insulated wire. It is not compatible with the LW01-011 Transmitter.
Due to the nature of this digital sensor, it can be tested and calibrated as a standalone device. This offers a significant advantage over analogue interfaces, where the sensor and measuring device must be calibrated together as a matched pair.
Common uses include ovens, fryers, freezers below -30°C.
