Klipspringer's 1.6mm diameter probe with flange is specially designed for use with the Process Validation Logger and boasts a rapid response time. The flange halfway along this 40mm probe makes sure it remains firmly lodged in the sample throughout the cooking process (preventing it from falling out as the product cooks). Cable is braided for additional strength and protection, and then coated in PTFE for the ultimate in hygienic design and temperature resistance, whilst it's 2m length makes it very versatile. Thermocouple Type-K sensor and Miniplug connector make this probe and excellent universal fit for any compatible logging system/thermometer.
