 Solids knife electrode

Same as P130/79 but with the addition of a strong stainless steel blade, which enables invasive pH measurements to be taken in semi-frozen meat and fish without damage to both electrode and sample. Also suitable for meat or poultry carcasses.

Replacement knives are available.
