Small precision logger crafted from stainless steel for both casing and probe, providing strength and endurance up to temperatures of 140°C. Suitable for temperature monitoring during sterilisation and pasteurisation, works with Winlog.pro software. Delivers rapid calculation of both F0 and PU values as well as recording critical information in deep freeze, cook and chill and shock frosting processes.
