This shadow board/ cleaning station is printed on pure ACM (aluminium composite material). Full certification is available to prove zero cadmium or lead content which are so often found in inferior alternatives. Extremely rigid and impervious to moisture ingress, providing durability and longevity in even the most demanding environments.
Not only does our direct print process prevent the foreign-body risk of peeling shadows, it is also UV cured. This maintains its brightness even in external environments.
All boards are sealed with an anti-scuff laminate to offer additional protection from the inevitable wear and tear your application will provide. Klipspringer laminates are applied using heated rollers for superior and maximum adhesion, designed to increase the working life of your shadow boards/ cleaning stations.
Klipspringer's unique thru-board hanging system is designed with maximum hygiene performance. This removes the need for rails, making your shadow boards much easier to clean and maintain.
