	1. Contact our team for your quotation Let us know which type and quantity of scales you would like to purchase. If you're unsure which scales are best for your application, simply ask our team.		2. Returns form sent Once you have confirmed your order, Klipspringer will send you an official order acknowledgement, along with a returns form for your old scales.
	3. Scales calibrated & dispatched Your order will be despatched, with your calibration certificate(s). Usually they are sent same-day using an overnight courier, meaning you receive your scales the next working day.		4. Return your old scales Simply complete your returns form and enclose it with your old scales before sending them back to Klipspringer. The returns instructions and address are on the form.
