I always get exactly what I ask for and I never have to chase or follow up for a quote or response – this means a lot to me!... service is second to none and we always get a rapid response to our enquires…. You always go above and beyond what I ask, which I don’t get anywhere else.

I have engaged Klipspringer on numerous occasions on behalf of several clients over the past 5 years and used their products for many years before that. I can say with tried and tested confidence that their products are second to none and almost indestructible.

The amazing team have moved mountains to not only provide a first class quality service and products to my current client at extremely short notice, but to up hold and maintain my reputation as a recognised independent Food Safety consultant. My client has an extremely important audit imminent and the team with a drop of a hat got on a plane and flew to carry out an emergency site survey. They worked tirelessly throughout the Christmas period in order to meet our ridiculously tight deadline. I was delighted to see (as always is the case), that they are constantly moving forward and evolving their products to meet the needs of the industry and raise the bar for hygienic design. Our engineering manager was even more delighted to see how they have considered installation which completely eradicates the necessity for engineering support in many cases.
