LEBI-IF-100 Logger Interface
Small precision logger crafted from stainless steel for both casing and probe, providing strength and endurance up to temperatures of 140°C. Suitable for temperature monitoring during sterilisation and pasteurisation, works with Winlog.pro software. Delivers rapid calculation of both F and PU values as well as recording critical information in deep freeze, cook and chill and shock frosting processes.

- Formula editor for calculating the F0-value, the absolute humidity, the PE value etc.
